Directions

The physical address of the Florida Theatre is:

128 East Forsyth Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202

From the North, Amelia Island, and Georgia

Take I-95 south to the Union Street exit, then go east 12 blocks to Newnan Street. Turn right, then go eight blocks to the corner of Forsyth Street. The Theatre is right in front of you.

From the West, I-10, and Lake City

Take I-10 east to I-95 north. Use the Forsyth Street exit; follow Forsyth for 15 blocks to the Theatre. Alternately, take the Union Street exit and follow the directions as from the North.

From Arlington

Take the Arlington Expressway across the Matthews Bridge. At the end of the Matthews expressway, turn left at the third stoplight onto Newnan Street. Go eight blocks to the corner of Forsyth Street. The Theatre is right in front of you.

From the South and St. Augustine

Take I-95 north to the "Downtown" exit, and use one of the right two lanes to cross the Main Street Bridge (the blue drawbridge). Both lanes of the bridge continue onto Ocean Street at its foot; go one block to Forsyth Street and turn right. Half a block down, you're in front of the Theatre.

Parking

Complimentary parking is available at the three-level Republic Parking System Garage on the full-block bounded by Forsyth, Bay, Main & Ocean Streets. The lot is one block from the Theatre’s front doors and is well-lighted and secure. You may also find directions off the internet by entering the parking garage’s physical address, 1 W Bay St., Jacksonville, FL 32202.

If the parking garage is full by the time you arrive, keep in mind that there is plentiful street parking available in downtown Jacksonville and it is free on Saturday. You should not have to walk too far.

Very important note: The surface lot on the block bounded by Adams, Ocean, Forsyth and Newnan has not been reserved for our use. Your voucher will not be accepted at this lot.
